Terms of service.

PMax Sentinel is a B2B SaaS tool operated by Draft Labs that detects Performance Max cannibalization in Google Ads accounts and delivers daily Telegram alerts. By signing up you agree to these terms. The service is provided on a subscription basis at $19 per Google Ads account, per month, billed via Stripe.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

You must be authorized to grant Google Ads API access for the accounts you connect to PMax Sentinel. If you connect an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have permission to do so.

When you connect a Google Ads account, you grant PMax Sentinel read-only access via OAuth. We use this access exclusively to detect cannibalization and surface optimization opportunities.

• We will never create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, or any other Google Ads entity.
• We comply with the Google Ads API Policy.
• You can revoke access from your Google account at any time. We honor disconnect within 24 hours.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, via Stripe at $19 per connected Google Ads account. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate the Google Ads API Terms or any applicable law.
• Connect Google Ads accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract bulk data from the service.
• Resell access to PMax Sentinel without a separate written agreement with Draft Labs.

PMax Sentinel is provided "as is". We make no warranty that detected cannibalization is comprehensive or that fixes will eliminate all wasted spend. The tool surfaces signals — final decisions about your Google Ads account are yours. Draft Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Google Ads API Policy. On termination we purge OAuth tokens within 24 hours and audit data within 30 days.

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
